Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional needs, both in class and in small group or individual sessions.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to implement personalised learning plans and interventions.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and language development, fostering confidence and independence.
• Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
• Promote an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment in line with the school's Catholic ethos.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessments and reviews as required.
• Support the wider life of the school community, including participation in liturgies, assemblies, and school events.
The ideal candidate:

• will work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required.
• will be committed to upholding and promoting the Catholic values and mission of the school.
• holds relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) – desirable but not essential.
We offer:
• A supportive and caring school community with a strong Catholic ethos.
• Opportunities for professional development and training.
• A dedicated and collaborative staff team.
• The chance to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
