An SEN School in Littlehampton is seeking dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to join their team!

This school provides a high-quality, therapeutic, and child-centred education for students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs, including:

Requirements:

  • Experience Working with Students with Diverse Needs: Proven experience working with students with a range of special needs, including those with SEMH, autism, and learning difficulties.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to manage complex and challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
