Impact Futures UK and The Childcare Company are looking to recruit a Leadership & Management Coach who has a strong occupational
background in management/senior management.

The Role
As a Leadership & Management Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting apprentices throughout their learning journey. Your
focus will be on facilitating off-the-job-training, conducting progress reviews, providing coaching and mentoring, and offering
functional skills guidance where needed. You will ensure apprentices have access to wider learning opportunities and maintain
compliance with ESFA funding and regulatory requirements. Delivery and assessment of the Diploma will be managed by a lecturer.

The role will involve:
- Supporting a caseload of learners to support them to achieve their apprenticeship
- Approving and overseeing off-the-job training activities, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship requirements
- Conducting regular progress reviews to monitor learner development and identify areas for improvement
- Providing coaching and mentoring to support learner engagement, motivation, and progression
- Offering guidance on Functional Skills in English and Maths, facilitating access to appropriate resources
- Collaborating with employers to ensure workplace learning complements apprenticeship standards

About You
- Holds a Leadership & Management qualification
- Strong occupational Senior managerial experience
- Experience of coaching and mentoring learners
- Experience conducting learner progress reviews and supporting workplace learning
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and ESFA funding compliance
- Coaching and mentoring skills with a learner-centred approach
- Knowledge of Functional Skills requirements and support strategies
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2
- Full driving license and access to a car, with appropriate business insurance
