Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely responses and resolutions.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records within the customer management system.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery and resolution of customer concerns.
Prepare and maintain reports on customer interaction metrics and service performance indicators.
Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify areas for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on best practices in customer administration.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze information and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
