Our holiday sales team helps hundreds of customers find their perfect break at Verdant Parks every day. They work closely with our parks to provide a personalised, attentive service focused on creating memorable experiences — all supported by expert product knowledge.

Salary: £13.59 per hour plus commission
Contract Type: Temporary - fixed term until September
Hours: Core days Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays (may change to cover holidays)
Location: Verdant Leisure Head Office, 10 Mannin Way, Lancaster, LA1 3SW

As a Holiday Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first friendly voice many customers hear. Your role includes managing bookings, handling inbound calls and email enquiries, and helping customers plan their perfect Verdant experience. You’ll also be responsible for driving bookings and maximising revenue opportunities — all while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves a mix of admin and telesales (both inbound and outbound) tasks, but it’s far more than selling holidays — it’s about making holiday dreams a reality!

You’ll be friendly, confident, and well organised, with a professional telephone manner. Experience in customer service, telesales, or administration is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You’ll be resilient and confident, able to use effective communication and sales techniques to understand customers’ needs and deliver their perfect Verdant experience.
