Summary
The post holder will have a significant level of knowledge of the organisation and theservices delivered. The post holder will support the Clinical Development Manager in realising financial/business benefits that need to be delivered within the trust. The post holder will need to navigate the complex networks and service and organisational needs and intentions in a context of multi-organisational working. This is a highly visible clinical leadership role that will be flexible and will change according to priorities. The post holder will need to focus on a work plan that is consistent with the principles and objectives of the Trust local and national priorities.
