Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile administrator to support our finance and purchasing departments. The role will be variable and cover different aspects of the business.
Objectives
• Processing and Assessing Client & Supplier invoices using SAGE Accounting Software.
• Assist Purchasing department in planning, placing and monitoring orders.
• Maintaining financial records digitally.
• Updating databases, spreadsheets and communication platforms.
• Data Processing & Administration to include: Health& Safety Records, ISO9001 Records, Import Documentation
Key Skills
• High level computer skills including SAGE Accounting & Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workflow.
• Arithmetic competency and commercial understanding.
• Ability to switch between the different roles with ease.
• Accuracy and attention to detail crucial.
• Excellent time management.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
