About the Role:

We’re looking for supportive, understanding and reliable Support Workers to provide community-based support to adults with mental health needs across Hastings and Rother.

Your role will be to build trusting, boundaried relationships and help clients: (this is not an exhaustive list)

Build confidence and independence
Learn travel and money management skills
Attend appointments and stay on top of admin
Manage household tasks and routines
Improve overall mental wellbeing
You’ll be working out in the community, directly with clients – no two days are the same!

What You’ll Need:

Your own car and a valid driving licence
A passion for supporting people and building professional, supportive relationships
Flexibility and a person - centred approach
Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential – we value the right attitude and heart
What We Offer:

£12.40 – £15.00 per hour
Travel time paid at your hourly rate
45p per mile mileage reimbursement
Training paid at hourly rate
Paid DBS
