The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated Housing Enforcement & Domestic Abuse Specialist to lead on complex Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and Domestic Abuse casework within our housing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Take a lead role in managing ASB and Domestic Abuse cases, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to assess risk and implement robust safety plans for victims.
Monitor legislative changes and provide expert guidance on national and local policy developments affecting ASB and Domestic Abuse services.
Manage a dynamic caseload across secure and non-secure tenancy arrangements, including properties at Colne Park.
Maximise support for vulnerable tenants to prevent tenancy failure and tackle unacceptable behaviours early and effectively.
Ensure breaches of tenancy are addressed proportionately and appropriately, safeguarding both residents and community standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in housing enforcement, ASB, or Domestic Abuse casework.
A compassionate, strategic thinker who can handle sensitive situations with clarity and care.
In-depth understanding of safeguarding protocols and multi-agency collaboration.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
