Summary
Competent performance of Bone Marrow Aspirate and Trephine Biopsies. On call commitment (for a WTE post), in every 3 weeks: 1 weekend day (including inpatient ward round, followed by non-resident on call, totalling 24h), plus 2 week day non-resident on calls 5pm-9am. Please note you are expected to return to the hospital during the on-call hours, if clinically indicated. So far as is consistent with the proper discharge of the above duties, the postholder undertakes to deputise from time to time for absent colleagues.
