Summary
Liaise with the various multi-disciplinary teams regarding the management of patients. To use advanced communication skills to: promote a positive working environment, impart significant news, and implement change. Complete nurse led appointments and follow up clinics via face to face and telephone where appropriate. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records. Participation within shared governance councils To support capacity within the clinical area in order to expedite investigations and improve patient experience
