Summary

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Toyota, Croydon
Salary: up to £34k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm (this can be flexible). Work from home; after your probationary period there will be an option to work 2 days from home.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales Administrator to support the smooth operation of our Sales Department at Toyota Croydon. If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional administrative support, this role is made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver complete customer satisfaction by ensuring all administration tasks are completed correctly and on time.

- Accurately process vehicle orders, ensuring compliance with showroom stock and sales requirements.

- Complete sales invoicing with correct cost inclusions and perform vehicle registration, road tax and insurance paperwork.

- Maintain and update stock records for new, used, and fleet vehicles.

- Liaise with the Service Department to log vehicle job sheet information and support with pre-delivery documentation.

- Keep the Sales team informed of customer order progress and any issues that may arise.

- Allocate vehicle registration numbers and manage the timely processing of related documents.

- Contribute to the financial reporting process and maintain accurate customer database records.

- Ensure full compliance with Jemca policies, systems, and manufacturer standards.

What You’ll Need:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an automotive environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a busy dealership.

- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong IT skills including confidence using Microsoft Office and dealership systems.
