Summary
You will have experience of customer service to vulnerable people and have an aptitude for technology. You will be working to a schedule of daily visits within the Lewisham borough to remove the existing analogue telecare device and installing and testing a new digital smart device. You will have patience, empathy and an ability to explain the service to the customer. There are 4 posts available and you will have a excellent communication skills between the customer, the team and the Telecare Officers. You will have the ability to learn quickly and have a basic understanding of the telecare service. You will need to have access to your own vehicle and have business insurance to cover driving for work and a clean driving licence.
