Summary
Opportunities for the successful applicant include varied work on well-established intervention pathways, offering appropriate evidence-based psychological treatments and care, supporting a range of colleagues, and enabling service development. You will be working alongside other therapists and MDT colleagues, as part of a Community Mental Health Service at an exciting time of Community Transformation and change in terms of psychological interventions. These improvements will lead to the further development of psychological therapies within the CTTs. There are opportunities for personal development, including through our strong links with local supervisors and training initiatives, as well as funded training courses that are currently linked with Community Transformation.
