Summary
Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Psychosexual Therapist at Newcastle Sexual Health Clinic / Remote. This is a Part Time, Permanent job with a salary of £46,148 - £52,809 depending on experience. Role Summary Solutions4Health have been commissioned by Newcastle City Council to deliver NHS specialist sexual health services, integrated community sexual health and contraception provision and psychosexual services for the people of Newcastle upon Tyne. We are looking to find an experienced and enthusiastic psychosexual therapist to support the delivery of our service and seek applicants who have a desire for delivering evidence-based face-2-face and remote therapeutic interventions. You will be educated to a degree level and hold an equivalent counselling qualification which is recognised and accredited by the British Associated for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy. You will have completed a relevant post graduate professional qualification in psychosexual counselling approved by COSRT. Our psychosexual therapy service will provide assessment and treatment for individuals and their sexual partners who are experiencing difficulties with their sexual functioning, where the primary cause is psychological, or where the psychosexual problem has developed because of physical pathology. The service will be available to everyone aged 16 years and over and their partners who meet the referral criteria and who live within the Newcastle upon Tyne area and are registered with a Newcastle upon Tyne GP.
