Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire
Job Type: Contract (Long-Term, Ongoing)
Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate (DOE)
Hours: 44 Hours Per Week (Paid)
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Are you a versatile and certified Multi Skilled Operative seeking long-term stability on a major new build industrial project in Market Drayton?
We are a leading construction contractor seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our dynamic team on a significant, ongoing industrial development. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled workers who thrive in a varied role combining groundworks, formwork, and plant operation.
Your Role as a Multi Skilled Operative:
* Perform essential groundworks tasks to prepare sites for construction.
* Undertake basic formwork activities to support concrete structures.
* Carry out a wide range of general skilled construction duties as required on the new build industrial project.
* Safely and efficiently operate key plant machinery including:
* Telehandler
* 360 Excavator
* Forward Tipping Dumper (FT Dumper)
Essential Requirements (MUST HAVE):
* Valid Right to Work in the UK (Documentation required).
* Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
* Valid CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) OR NPORS (National Plant Operators Registration Scheme) Card relevant for operating Telehandler, 360 Excavator, and Forward Tipping Dumper.
* Proven experience in groundworks, basic formwork and general construction duties.
* Demonstrable experience operating the specified plant (Telehandler, 360 Excavator, FT Dumper).
* Strong commitment to Health & Safety on site.
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
* Checkable Work References covering recent relevant employment.
