Summary
St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive and caring environment to approximately 1500 full-time students aged 16-18. Learning Support Mentor
Part time 32.5 hours per week
Working pattern Monday Friday - 09.00-16.15 (08.45-16.00 Tuesday)
Permanent - Term Time Only
Salary: Salary Range Spine Points 7-9 £24,953 - £25,786 pro rata, per annum) of the Sixth Form College Support Staff Salary Scale.
Actual salary range £18,706 - £19,330
Responsibilities include supporting individual students in developing study skills, good organisation and work habits. You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young people and liaising with parents and carers to establish positive relationships.
