We are looking for a teaching assistant to work 3 days per week, Wednesday – Friday, to work initially in KS2, who: • Is enthusiastic with a passion for teaching, is skilled at delivering quality interventions and has the subject knowledge to support children’s learning. The candidate would be willing to learn where they may be gaps in their subject knowledge. • Has high expectations and is committed to making a difference to children’s lives • Cares deeply about children and their personal development whilst still driving forward pupil progress and achievement • Accepts their professional obligation to continually strive to improve their practice and join our culture of ‘we are all learners’ • Is able to adapt their approach to meet the different needs of children and is a strong team player who can work positively and collaboratively with colleagues
