Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Assistant
Pay: £15 per hour
Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00
Location - Ashton-Under-Lyne
Main Duties include:
- Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs
- Carrying out repairs to buildings fabric
- All round handyman capable of a range of odd jobs
- Good communication skills, able to follow clear instructions
- Working with external contractors
Skills and Qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS
- Experiance in Plumbing, Joinery, Plastering
- NVQ's desirable
