We have over 1,500 apprentices where we work with over 850 individual employers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified individual who will play a crucial role in realising the department’s strategic objectives. You will be an inspiring lecturer with a background in delivering Vocational Business and the ability to deliver varied, high quality and imaginative sessions and have a record of good achievement rates.You will be teaching across a range of units on the BTEC Level 2 and 3 curriculum, ranging from finance, branding, visual merchandising, team building and many others. We are also excited to be delivering the T-Level in Business Management and Administration from September 2023.Our ideal candidate will be an inspiring lecturer who has a proven record of innovation and a pro-active approach to delivery including to Level 2 and the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business. You will have also demonstrated an understanding and sensitivity towards the needs of your learners and use this to help them reach their true potential.Main Duties and Responsibilities:To deliver high quality teaching on Business across the full range of the department’s provision.
