Lindum Homes are currently recruiting for an experienced Design & Build Coordinator to join the team based at our offices in Lincoln ( LN6 )
You will be responsible for managing the coordination of architectural and engineering design with buildability and commercial viability at the core. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams (land and planning, commercial, construction) as well as external consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the preparation and review of technical drawings, design documents, and specifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
• Manage design development in line with pre-start programmes, build programme, planning conditions, and technical requirements.
• Review consultant and subcontractor information for buildability, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support in value engineering exercises without compromising design quality.
• Monitor and manage design deliverables.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical/build issues and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC requirements, and health & safety standards.
About You
• Experience in residential housing (volume or high-end market homes).
• HNC/HND or Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple consultants and technical disciplines.
• Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
• Proficient in reviewing architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
