Ambition and drive to help improve the services and products Sound judgement and the ability to make sound appropriate decisions quickly and effectively in complex situations. Self-motivated and uses initiative, seeking advice when required. Able to prioritise, plan and organise efficiently, and work with multiple conflicting priorities. Positive and proactive can do attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Sound numeracy and literacy skills. Good working knowledge of IT systems e.g. word, excel, REHAPP.
