Summary

Sykes Holiday Cottage are excited to be looking for a new Customer Success Advisor to join our bustling Chester team


Salary: Up to £23,809.50 per annum.
Work Days & Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 1 in 4 weekends.
Working Location: Chester Head Office - Hybrid working available post probation.
Team: Customer Success
Reporting to: Customer Success Manager

About the Role

As Customer Success Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for Customer interaction. You will be the initial contact for all incoming booking queries and reservations from across the Sykes Cottages Group.

Expertly dealing with Holidaymakers bookings both over the phone and via our digital channel, our newest addition will handle each inbound and outbound calls from our Customers with the upmost professionalism and capability, ensuring our booking experience remains gold-standard and our customers leave every call impressed with our offering.  

Perfect for those with a passion for travel, who have experience working within a call centre or customer service environment or simply driven in delivering a standout, competent service, this role promises expert training to ensure you reach success quickly whilst you join a close-knit, vibrant and dynamic team of Experts as you recommend products to enhance each Customers holiday.



Your Responsibilities

As Customer Success Advisor, you will be responsible for the following areas of accountability:


To deliver/exceed agreed targets within the Sales areas – to include but not limited to: contact to booking conversion, add-on products, Customer Satisfaction survey scores
To deliver an outstanding customer journey on every contact and going the extra mile for our customers by wowing them with your knowledge and enthusiasm.
Maximise all sales opportunities (be able to effectively close sales, promote alternatives, building rapport etc) 
To adhere to all Reservations and Company procedures and comply with all current FCA Regulations
Effective communication with customers, both internal and external
To take on board and action feedback and guidance given for development




Skills and Qualifications

All we ask if you have the following:


Previous experience dealing with Customers over the phone or through digital channels
Proven track record meeting sales targets
Strong sales experience (through retail, travel, telephony, face to face or online)
Ability to perform well under pressure 
Ability to think on your feet
Previous Customer Service experience
Driven attitude and excellent work ethic


Although standouts will also have:


Previous travel experience
