We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design process across multiple high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full design process from concept to completion, aligning with client vision and project goals.
Coordinate closely with clients, architects, interior designers, and consultants to integrate design intent with construction feasibility.
Oversee design integrity throughout project execution while managing timelines, budgets, and buildability.
Review and approve design packages, specifications, and materials to meet industry-leading quality standards.
Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
Identify design risks early and develop solutions to maintain project quality and efficiency.
Mentor and lead internal and external design teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
Requirements
5+ years of design management experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of design principles, construction methods, materials, and industry trends.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Procore, or similar software.
Professional accreditation such as RIBA, ARB, or equivalent preferred.
