We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our Public Sector - NHS & Emergency Services team. The successful candidate will introduce Converge’s Public Sector portfolio to new prospects and develop our existing customer base. You will lead in existing customer accounts, advise and assist customers with their needs, and identify additional opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Partnership team with customer-facing site visits and drive Converge’s portfolio of services.
Maintain a pipeline and forecast for Converge’s core Public Sector solutions products & services.
Develop and expand the customer base through regular meetings, email campaigns, calls, and site visits.
Contribute to strategy development to achieve short, medium, and long-term business plans.
Deliver revenue and profit targets from your segment.
Proactively grow the sales portfolio by adding new clients monthly.
Identify, manage, and grow new business opportunities.
Oversee relationships with key customers and build a network of relationships.
Handle customer complaints and provide guidance.
Participate in customer events, conferences, and hospitality.
Measures of Performance:

Training completion and attendance.
Year-on-year GP and revenue increase.
Gross/net profit margins and sales revenue increase.
Pipeline management accuracy and conversion rate.
Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications:
GCSE Maths and English
Full driving license

Desired Qualifications:
Honours Degree
Sales qualifications

Essential Experience:
Use of Microsoft suite
5 years’ experience in NHS & Blue Light sales
Proven experience with C-Level contacts
Proven experience in building a customer database
Multi-million sales performance
Gaining new customers through prospecting
Understanding of Networks and Infrastructure

Desired Experience:
Ability to create and analyse data sets
Customer liaison
Understanding of the Non-Education Public Sector

This is a full time position - 37 hours per week - Hybrid
