You’ve probably worked in a senior housing and communities role so far.
You’re likely to have experience of collaborating with partners and influencing strategic decisions while ensuring a great customer experience.
You’ll have a good understanding of the Consumer Standards and an appreciation for customer feedback and its value.

A few key points from our role profile:

Support the Head of Voids & Relets in developing our voids management and home choices service, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Lead the development of partnership working within and outside the organisation, to maximise resources and impact through joint initiatives for delivering services tailored to customers’ needs. Represent Futures in discussions and monitoring of any existing, proposed, or new service provision with local authority partners.
Play an ambassadorial role in developing an effortless customer experience mindset and culture across the organisation, ensuring that all team are consistent in their understanding of what their contribution is to the customer experience.
Ensure that service activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and align with strategic objectives and in accordance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
