This is a key role at the heart of our mission to deliver excellence through continuous improvement, compliance, and best practice.Reporting to the Head of Performance and Planning (RWP), you’ll lead impactful change initiatives that enhance both customer and colleague experiences, improve service performance, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and implementing robust departmental processes, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date, and coordinating policy and procedural reviews.Working collaboratively across service areas, you’ll lead process mapping exercises to identify improvements and efficiencies. You’ll also support the development of action plans and quality assurance frameworks, ensuring projects stay on track through regular progress reviews and proactive problem-solving.In addition, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the Group to manage the data and systems that underpin performance monitoring, including conducting internal audits and data cleansing where needed.If you’re passionate about making a difference and have a talent for driving performance and planning excellence, we’d love to hear from you.This is a permanent contract, working 36.25 hours per week. We offer Hybrid working, which will be a mix of home-working and office working to suit business and personal needs.
