About the Role
P4 Recruitment is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to lead and build our Children’s Services sector nationwide, covering both permanent and temporary recruitment.

This is not a standard consultant role. You will be given the autonomy, backing, and progression plan to grow the Children’s division from the ground up, with a clear pathway to build and lead a team across the sector.
If you are driven, commercially minded, and motivated by long-term leadership progression, this role has been designed for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and lead P4 Recruitment’s Children’s Services division nationwide
• Manage permanent and temporary recruitment across the sector
• Develop new business relationships with local authorities, private providers, and charities
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across children’s services roles
• Manage and grow client accounts with a consultative approach
• Create and implement a sector growth strategy
• Recruit, train, and lead consultants as the division expands
• Represent P4 Recruitment as a trusted specialist within the children’s sector

• Experience in recruitment (children’s services, health & social care, or education preferred)
• Strong billing mindset with leadership ambitions
• Confident in business development and relationship management
• Organised, resilient, and commercially driven
• Passionate about progressing into a leadership role
• Ambitious individual looking to build something long-term
