Your Role as an ASD Teaching Assistant

You’ll collaborate with experienced SEN staff and benefit from excellent professional development throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Supporting children with autism in class and during targeted interventions
• Helping deliver personalised learning strategies and routines
• Encouraging positive peer interaction and emotional regulation
• Working with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to meet EHCP goals
• Providing regular feedback on progress and behaviour
