EYFS Teaching Assistant (SEN & Communication Support - Reception & Year 1)
Location: Rugby, CV22
Weekly Rate: £455-£480

Hours: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Contract: Long Term to Permanent
We are seeking a caring and proactive EYFS Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a mainstream primary school in Rugby (CV22). This full-time position is based across Reception and Year 1, focusing on children with speech, language and communication needs, ASD, and developmental delay.
The role involves supporting learning through play-based and structured approaches, developing early language skills, and helping pupils access daily routines in a calm and nurturing environment. Experience with Makaton, personal care, and autism support is highly desirable.
The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:

Level 2/3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification
