We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
You'll maintain a positive Health and Safety culture, ensuring that all operational activities align with the client, customer, and contractual obligations while adhering to relevant regulatory and asset standards. Manage the successful delivery of works requires meticulous planning and execution with full consideration of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) principles, alongside proactive risk mitigation across financial, environmental, and reputational domains. You'll have technical expertise to support effective planning, scheduling, and root cause analysis, enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, Local Authorities, and third parties is crucial, as is collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, including out-of-hours operations. The role also involves monitoring productivity, ensuring accurate
feedback and cost capture, managing plant assets responsibly, and conducting toolbox talks, competency assessments, and investigations as needed. Leading up to six task teams on both planned and reactive works, the position also includes participation in an emergency out-of-hours standby rota and weekend support when required.
