The role:
Support the delivery of youth sessions and activities across Doncaster, helping young people build confidence, engage in positive activities, and access local support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support youth sessions (evenings/weekends included)
Build positive relationships with young people
Support youth participation and decision-making
Help with session planning, monitoring and evaluation
Work with local partners and travel across the city
What the client is looking for:
Level 3 qualification in youth work or related area
Experience working face-to-face with young people
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings and travel locally
