Summary
Working directly with the youth, leading worship regularly and on special occasions as a Youth Minister. Counselling youth and young adult, individuals and groups, developing developmental resources. Determines the need of the youth in the Church and the Community. Working with other youth ministers in the community for better outputs of the youth. I. Coordinating the youth department of your local assembly: Visiting the youth when necessary and monitoring their welfare. Design and discuss useful youth programme that can affect the community at large. Notify if there is any availability of funding locally or nationally for the Charity to assess for the actualization of the needed goal. You will be responsible for organizing youth seminars and conferences. You will be the head of youth evangelism/outreach team.
