Class Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher who shares our core values of Ready Respectful and Resilient, to join our very popular school, rated a ‘GOOD’ school by Ofsted.

ECTs are welcome to apply. Being an ECT at Elmwood Primary School means that you will get a supportive year group and an experienced mentor to support you all the way through your ECT journey. With weekly training, development, support and sessions that help develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for a Year 5 class.

The successful candidate will:-

• Be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching that supports and promotes children’s learning.
• Be eager to work as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues alike.
