Salary: £12.39 - £16.52 per hour (depending on shift)
Shifts: 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am
Type: Ad-Hoc / Casual Cover

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting Ad-Hoc Assembly Operators on behalf of our client, Rittal CSM, one of Plymouth's leading manufacturers. Based in Broadley Park Industrial Park, Rittal produces high-quality enclosures and electrical systems.

This casual position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible, occasional work. You'll be called upon to cover shifts at short notice-such as during staff holidays, sickness, or busy periods-supporting Rittal's busy production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and pack electrical enclosures for dispatch
  • Operate hand and power tools in a safe manner
  • Perform manual handling and stand for extended periods
  • Meet production targets while maintaining high quality
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Recent experience in production or assembly
  • Comfortable with manual work and physical tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexibly
  • Immediate availability preferred

Pay & Perks:

  • £12.39-£16.52 per hour (shift-dependent)
  • Shift premiums of 25% and 33%
  • On-site parking and discounted canteen
