Summary
Yeovil College is seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to join our I-Zone Team on a part-time basis. You’ll provide an outstanding service to our students and customers while handling responsibilities with professionalism. In this essential role, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service to all current and potential stakeholders. Supporting the learners in their journey, you will effectively process applications, enrolments, and maintain accurate timetables and registers. Proactively provide essential support to curriculum departments about funding advice and bursary applications. With a focus on collaboration and efficiency at Yeovil College, you will play an important role in supporting learners, helping them access the financial support they need, and ensuring a seamless administrative experience. What we’re looking for:
• Experience of maintaining data in complex systems and being able to effectively access and use that data
• Level 3 Customer Service or Business Administration qualification or substantial experience and a willingness to work towards a qualification.
• Customer service – ability to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
• Ability to always present a professional image.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Part time 9am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday, with 2 evenings per month.
