Summary
We are hoping to appoint two fantastic Teaching Assistants to join our busy, happy school, working with two named children in our mainstream classes. These are both temporary contracts, in the first instance.The role will involve working to support and enhance learning through flexible provision and interactions, and to meet the specific needs of two children with additional needs, sometimes in a mainstream context, sometimes in much smaller groups.What are we looking for?
Each of these posts is ideal for someone who is a great team player, who is creative and enjoys problem-solving, who is full of good humour and - above all - who is keen to explore a very rewarding role as part of our friendly and supportive whole school team.You'll need to have experience in working with children with additional needs and Early Years learners, preferably within an EAL setting.You'll also need to meet the requirements of the Job Description (attached as a document) for this post, so please make sure your application covers those points.
