As Head of Finance, you’ll lead a high-performing team and ensure our Finance Department is a model of efficiency, accuracy and innovation. You’ll provide robust financial insight, deliver detailed management accounts, oversee year-end reporting, and play a key role in shaping budgets and forecasts that support ambitious growth and learner outcomes. You'll work closely with senior leaders to influence College strategy, optimise resources, and champion continuous improvement. What we're looking for: Proven experience of running an integrated computerised accounting system and reporting to tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to manage and support a team within a finance department. CCAB qualified, ideally with substantial post qualification experience. Ability to work, influence and motivate at all levels of the organisation. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills shown through your ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and persuasive skills.
