HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Packing Line Leader, to join a leading logistics company based in Harworth, S81. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity for the right candidate within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of line operatives
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor line performance and address issues proactively
- Complete line paperwork and production reports accurately
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with other departments to improve processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Line Leader or Supervisor role
- Strong understanding of co-packing or FMCG environments
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-moving setting
