Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Greenwich to assist with the appointment of a Quality Improvement Officer, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £16.30 - £20.40 per hour
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to frontline staff carrying out such duties that are required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service, including distribution of mail and being the first point of contact (either by telephone, email or face to face).
To lead on the tracking of data and collecting, collating, scrutinising, interpreting and producing outputs and be responsible for implementing follow up actions and distributing information.
To input, update and interrogate information relating to service users.
To support staff and leaders and take responsibility for ensuring data is up to date and tasks are completed within defined timescales.
To prepare, analyse and provide detailed and complex reports and management and performance information as required.
Requirements:
Support duty social workers in day-to-day activities
Strong experience in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Ability to manage financial processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
Confident in handling sensitive information and working within safeguarding environments.
Proficiency in managing systems for case file storage and information retrieval.
Knowledge of data protection regulations and audit processes.
