Summary

Key Responsibilities
Deliver thought-provoking RE lessons at KS3 and KS4
Support students in developing critical thinking and cultural awareness
Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Contribute to curriculum development and cross-curricular projects
Participate in wider school life and enrichment opportunities
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching RE in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and a balanced, inclusive approach to worldviews
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
ECTs welcome – full induction and mentoring support provided
A commitment to fostering open-mindedness and respectful discussion
