A well-established and growing utilities company in Scotland is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to support its commercial and project delivery teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected organisation delivering essential infrastructure services across energy, water, and telecoms.
About the Role:As a Commercial Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial processes. You'll work closely with project managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to support commercial administration and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project and commercial team
- Assist with contract documentation, compliance tracking, and document control
- Scan and input company documents and tickets
- Maintain accurate records of project costs and commercial transactions
- Support budget monitoring and reporting activities
- Organise meetings and training, and follow up on action items
✅ What You'll Bring:
- Experience in a commercial or administrative role (utilities or construction preferred)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
