Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office, are now seeking local people to join our team of highly skilled care professionals.
We work in the community on a one-to-one basis with our clients, visiting them in their own homes and then travelling between each client, covering Hatfield, Welwyn, Borehamwood and Potters Bar so living within these area's is a requirement of the role.
Duties include:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Help clients with medication reminders and administration, as directed.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
* Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
* Transport clients to appointments or social activities when required.
* Adapt to changing client needs and schedules with flexibility and professionalism.
Benefits Offered:
* Hourly rates between £12.75 and £13.40 per hour, Bank Holidays £25.50 per hour.
* Paid travel between clients (some restrictions apply).
* Minimum 1-hour visits.
* Travel expenses £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.
* Paid when undertaking all training both e-learning and workshops.
* No set shifts we work with your availability if we can.
