Main duties; dealing with patients face to face, answering telephone, booking appointments, care navigation, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and emails, dealing with patient queries, registrations and deductions on Emis system, readcoding and data inputting, scanning documents, referrals. tasks and other general administrative duties.
