Please see the attached job description and person specification. JOB SUMMARY To work effectively as part of the Theatres/Recovery/Anaesthetic team. To provide high quality, research based nursing care that is patient focused. To take an active role in maintaining effective communication with all disciplines and patients. To adhere to all theatre policies as detailed in the Theatre Policy manual. To support the Theatre Operations Manager in the establishment of a good working atmosphere and in making the most effective/efficient use of staff supplies and services. Our recent CQC inspection found us to be providing services that were safe, effective, responsive caring and well-led. The Trust is based in Guildford the historic county town of Surrey and has a range of attractions and cosmopolitan town centre shopping. The town also has easy access to London and its main airports by road or train.
