Summary
There is now an excellent Room Leader opportunity available at a large and spacious nursery in Croydon.
As a Room Leader, you’ll be:
• Planning and implementing daily routines
• Ensuring nursery policies are always followed
• Mentoring other members of staff and ensuring observations are completed
• Liaising with parents regarding their children’s development
• Proving high quality Early Years education
A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and previous experience in an Early Years setting is required for this role, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is 40 hours per week and offers some excellent benefits such as discounted childcare, an extra day off on your birthday and further training to progress your career.
