Role – HR Assistant (Operations)
Location – GCHSCP, Commonwealth House, 32 Albion Street, Glasgow, G1 1LH
Contract Status – Temporary, up to August 2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Human Resource Operations Team within Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership (GCHSCP). Our Operations Team provide support and guidance to both employees and managers regarding the maintenance of employee records, workforce planning, recruitment and advertising, service reform and job evaluation.

Working within the HR administrative team, you will provide frontline administrative support and guidance across Social Work Services. You will report directly to the HR Officer and be responsible for a day to day workload to provide a comprehensive service. This role will involve call handling and the use of software such as Microsoft Office and SAP.

This opportunity allows you to be part of the ongoing development of the Human Resource function as a strategic part of the business and will provide you with skills and experience to develop an exciting career pathway within Human Resources.

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and customer focussed, possessing strong interpersonal and organisational skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. Experience working in a HR environment is desirable.

These posts are excepted under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (as amended).

Interviews are likely to take place on 27th & 30th June 2025.
