Summary
School Effectiveness Lead Standards & Inclusion (primary)
Soulbury 25-27 plus 3 SPA points. This role is eligible for an Essential Car User allowance of up to £963 per annum.

Stopford House this role is office based, but the post-holder will spend most of their time in school.

Your Role
The post holder will support school leaders across the primary phase to support Stockport’s ambition to have the ‘best schools in the country where every child is included in their success’. The post holder will also work directly with colleagues within our Inclusion Service and across the Local Authority to support this ambition.
About You
You will need to be a highly experienced leader within education who has a proven track record of supporting schools to deliver high quality provision. You must be able to develop and sustain positive relationships with both school leaders and colleagues within the Local Authority. You must also understand the wider system and work to maximise the support it can bring to school leaders. You will need to be able to work independently and efficiently responding to priorities as they emerge as well as holding the strategic aims of the service in mind.
