Summary
See Job description and person spec for further details. To be responsible for a designated caseload of patients. To be able to deliver and install temporary adaptive equipment in clients own homes. To be able to operate manual handling equipment i.e. hoists, rota stands, to be able to perform therapeutic manual handling techniques with patients. To be able to operate computer systems. To provide clients with general information and advice on a range of services that could meet their need and quality of life, referring on to the partnership services as needed. To form appropriate relationships with clients and their families and communicate with them in a way that respects their views, autonomy, and culture. To be able to produce internal reports of clients progress. To deal with a range of patient and carers who may be distressed
