Our vibrant and welcoming primary school is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Ensure that pupils stay on task and follow school rules.
- Provide general classroom support, assisting with activities and learning resources.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Essential Requirements- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour and support pupils’ individual needs.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
